This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies Crew Connect uses when you visit or use the site. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle your personal data more broadly.

2. Essential Cookies

Crew Connect uses essential session and authentication cookies only — the kind needed for the site to function, such as keeping you logged in and remembering your current session. These are set by WordPress itself when you sign in, and cannot be switched off without breaking core functionality like accessing your portal or dashboard.

3. Security / Bot-Protection Cookies

On our registration and contact forms, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam and abuse. This may set a third-party cookie from Cloudflare for the duration of the verification check. We do not control this cookie directly — see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.

4. Analytics & Advertising Cookies

We do not currently run analytics tracking (e.g. Google Analytics) or advertising/retargeting pixels on Crew Connect. If this changes in the future, this page will be updated before any such cookies are set, and where required we will ask for your consent first.

5. Local Storage (Not a Cookie, But Similar)

Some preferences — such as your chosen light/dark dashboard theme — are saved using your browser’s local storage rather than a cookie. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.

6. Managing Cookies

Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings. Because Crew Connect only sets essential cookies needed for core site functionality, blocking them may prevent you from logging in or using your portal correctly.
