Revision card 14 of 16 — Boatmaster's Licence, Tier 1 Level 2 Underpinning Knowledge, MSN 1853 Annex 10. Essentially unchanged — the only real difference from Annex 9 is wording: Level 2 generalises to "regulations and guidance on risk assessment and other general duties under Health and Safety legislation" rather than naming the Code of Safe Working Practices for Merchant Seamen directly. The knowledge you need is the same.
